Who are Torr's Exotics
Torr's Exotics is mobile petting services that delivers animal education to your door.
Where is Torr's exotics located?
Torr's Exotics is located in the heart of the North West. We are happy to take any booking within the North West. At this current time we are unable to travel further a feild.
What age groups do we cover?
Torr's Exotics love to teach all ages and thats why we do not cap over age ranges.
How much notices do I need to provide before booking a visit?
Our encounters fill up quickly! For this reason, when scheduling a visit, please give us as much notice as you can. But don't worry if you need us right away; we'll do everything in our power to make accommodations.
How many participants can I have?
Our packages are design and tailed to a maxium participant limit. Each package will state the maxium number of participants. We advise you read each package, so you get the best package for your event.
How do I book?
To book a Torrs's Exotics encounter please select the event package you would like and this will take you our booking form. Once you have filled in the booking form a member of our team will contact you to confirm booking.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes you can change your booking. You will need to contact Torr's Exotics by Email or telephone. However we can not always guarantee your new choosen event date. It is imporant to note if changes to your event are 48 hours before the you will be charged full payement as per the cancellation and changes policy.
How do I pay for a visit?
After confirmation of the booking you will receive deposit payment link by email which will be have to be paid at the time of the booking. After speak to our friendly explorer you will then receive another payment link for the remaining balance. All payment must be paid by 7 days.
I need to cancel my encounter what do I do?
Please contact Torr's Exotics by email or telephone as soon as possible. Please make sure you follow our cancellation policy as stated in the terms and conditions. If not follwed you may incounter fees.
How much time do you need to set up?
Torr's Exotics will need 30 minutes either side of the event in order to set up and allow the animal to rest before the encounter start.

Do our animals bite or scratch?
Yes all animals can bite or scratch, however they have being handled and trained regular to reduce the chances of biting or scratching.
Where can Torr's Exotics visit?
Torr's Exotics is based in the North West of England. Covering a 30 mile radius from bolton with no travel fees within the radius. Areas outside the radius are subject to additional travel fees. Please feel free to conact for any additional information.
Can I have my visit outside?
Yes we are happ to have outdoor events, however this is weather permitting and event organiser should have a back up indoor facility. If in the event the weather changes then we are able to move indoors.
Please note outdoor event are only offered in the spring and summer. The ideal temperature range is 16–26 degrees Celsius.
What requirements do I need in place for a Torr's Exotic visit?
We will contact you upon enquiry or booking to discuss this in more depth and so we can have a understanding of the event and eviroment.
Can I choose what animals to have at my visit?
Of course, we will try to facilitate any request of prefered animals. However, from time to time our animals love to have a rest and a day off, so they can feel fresh for the next event.
How many animals can I have at a visit?
Each event booking is allowed up to six animals at one time.
Are all the animals trained?
Our animals are trained on a regularly bases and handle frequently to ensure they feel comfortable when attending a encounter. However, they are live animals and can be a risk of scratching or biting. Your event ranger has been trained to recognise any change in behaviour and will remove the animal from the encounters if the animal feels stressed.
Do we have risk assessment in place?
Before each event Torr's Exotics will have do a risk assessment to make sure all participants, staff and animals are kept as safe as possible.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, Torr's Exotics has public liability with Cliverton insurance, please see our Public liability insurance page for more information.
Are you full licensed?
Torr's Exotics is fully licensed by Bolton Council

At Torr's Exotics we fulfil all requirements under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. and we regular reveiw policies and procedures to meet the guidelines.
Are all you staffed DBS checked?
All staffed that are employed with Torr's Exotics are DBS checked before they are allowed on a encouter.
